Hello and welcome to Glover Homes. My name is JD Glover, and this is my company that I am extremely proud of. There are several things that I would like you to know about what we do here at Glover Homes.
 

Our Home Building Experience

Glover Homes has been in existence since 1999, and I have been in the construction and development industry all my working life. I started my apprenticeship back in 1985, so this year will mark 34 years in the Construction industry. All of my team of Master Builders have similar experience - there’s nothing we haven’t come across when it comes to crafting luxury homes.

At Glover Homes, we are very proud of the fact that our business and reputation has been built through word of mouth and the personal referrals of our customers. Many of our long standing clients have come back to us to build them another home - this is the biggest seal of approval we could ever have.
 

We don’t just build houses...

We carefully craft quality homes for people who are looking for something special - that’s a very important point of difference to us. Please note that I used the word craft, not just build. This is because anyone can follow plans, put up framing and do the necessaries to construct a house. We take the process a whole step further, it’s all about craft, detail and doing things right. It’s our passion and we will stop at nothing to ensure that you will have a quality home for life.
 

Home Building Awards

Yes, they’re nice to get and we've got quite a few awards (see our Award Winning Builders page). We are certainly aiming at getting more of them, but these are Industry Awards, and while it’s nice to be recognised by your peers, there are two non-industry awards which mean a whole lot more to us.

We love working with our clients and our job is to make the process of building your new luxury home an enjoyable and memorable one.

Most of our highly qualified craftsmen and Master Builders have been trained through a Glover apprenticeship, right from the very beginning. They, along with the carefully selected others, embody the work ethic and values that have made Glover Homes one of the most respected names in the creation of quality luxury homes.

We are unique in that all our carpenters work solely for Glover Homes, this means that you have the same team of Master Builders on your project  and in constant communication as your home takes shape, from start to finish.
